After dedicating more than 18 years to the Singapore Armed Forces, Fariezan has gained extensive knowledge and experience in leadership development, curriculum and training development, training delivery, public communication, digital learning, and organizing large-scale events involving multiple stakeholders. Fariezan now embarks on an exciting new phase of his career as an adult educator and professional coach, aiming to prepare and guide young families in building a resilient and harmonious home for themselves and their communities.

Fariezan passionately serves his community as a grassroots volunteer with the People’s Association. He holds key roles such as Chairman of the Community Development Welfare Fund and the Malay Activity Executive Committee. He also serves as Assistant Secretary of the Citizens Consultative Committee and as a council member of PA MESRA. Additionally, Fariezan has been a member of the School Advisory Committee for a Ministry of Education (MOE) primary school since 2018, and he was awarded MOE’s Service to Education Award in 2024. These roles allow him to effect positive change in the community by driving programs and initiatives that support and uplift the underprivileged and vulnerable.

Fariezan takes pride in his family life, cherishing his role as a father to two wonderful children, Zayn and Zara, and finding immense joy in his 10-year marriage to his beloved wife, Zhenwei.
